During my Thanksgiving stay at Engenho Da Serra Hotel Ecoresort, I was delighted with the exceptional service provided by the on-site travel agency for excursions. The 4x4 excursions were top-notch, with the driver adhering to safety protocols by wearing a mask throughout. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering a serene environment with clean rooms and delectable food. The outdoor swimming pool was my favorite, providing a fantastic view of the lake. I appreciate the friendly staff and the overall experience at the hotel. Thank you for a memorable stay.
